Greensheet ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Zachary Seybert. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Greensheet mobile application.

By using Greensheet, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and display name.
• Golf Round Data: Scores, statistics (strokes, putts, GIR, FIR, sand saves), course names, dates, and round history that you enter into the app.
• Device Information: Basic device information such as device type and operating system version for debugging and support purposes.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, collected anonymously to improve the user experience.

We do not collect your precise location, payment information, or any sensitive personal information beyond what is listed above.

Camera and Photo Library

Greensheet requests access to your camera solely for the purpose of scanning golf scorecards. Photos taken within the app are processed locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework and are not uploaded to our servers.

We do not store, share, or transmit any photos you take within the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your Greensheet account
• Store and display your golf round history and statistics
• Enable social features such as sharing rounds with friends
• Send password reset emails when requested
• Improve the app's functionality and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Firebase complies with major privacy regulations and security standards.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Apple Watch

When using the Greensheet Apple Watch companion app, round data is transmitted between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This communication occurs locally between your devices and is not transmitted to external servers beyond the Firebase data storage described above.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With your consent: When you use social features to share rounds with friends within the app.
• Service providers: We use Google Firebase as our backend infrastructure.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You can view your account information and round history within the app at any time.
• Correction: You can update your account information within the app.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing sparkeymedia@gmail.com. We will process your request within 48 hours.
• Portability: You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Greensheet is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete that information promptly.

Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and storage. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Apple Vision Framework: On-device OCR for scorecard scanning. No data is sent to Apple beyond standard iOS telemetry.
• Apple WatchConnectivity: Local communication between iPhone and Apple Watch.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
